Navigating Conflict Workshop Information Request Form

If your church would like to explore scheduling a "Navigating Conflict" workshop, please complete the following questionnaire to help us better explore what options might work best for your church setting.  Please note that CEU credit is available for clergy participants.

Workshop Prerequisites and Cost Considerations.  All participants must complete an online “Everything DiSC Productive Conflict Profile.” Each profile costs $80 per person and there is an additional $100 charge for the facilitator report. Churches may choose to share this cost with participants, but churches must submit payment for all participants Additionally, the host church will be responsible for reimbursing the presenter for any required meals, mileage and hotel expenses related to this work. While not required, a church may wish to provide an honorarium for the presenter.

Logistical Considerations.  For on-site training sessions, the host church will need to provide a adequate meeting space along with audio visual support.  Details can be coordinated between the presenter and church main contact listed below. For online sessions, each participant must have access to a reasonably stable internet connection along with an appropriate device (computer, tablet or phone).  To view a “Best Practices” document click here.

Participant Notebooks.  Host churches will work with your facilitator to determine the most efficient way to create the participant notebooks. These notebooks will involve a substantial amount of color printing due to the nature of the reports, so this aspect will involve some coordination.
