Mississippi Conference of The United Methodist Church presents:

BEACH CAMP CONFERENCE

Beach Camp Conference is an engaging spiritual weekend for youth grades 6 through 12 and their leaders. This weekend includes worship sessions, recreation activities on the beach, and late night entertainment. This event spans three days and will feature Speaker: (TBA), Worship Leader: Ty Garvey, DJ: DJ Blaha, Youth Guy: Mike Howington, and more.

When: June 19-21, 2020

Where: Lighthouse Christian Retreat, 23370 Perdido Beach Blvd, Orange Beach, AL 36561

Lodging Accommodations: Options include On-site Bunk lodging or Off-site Hotel (short drive to venue). Note Bunk lodging does not guarantee you will be the only group in that space. We will always separate genders but some groups will need to share bunks/rooms/floors with other groups. All registrations include worship sessions, entertainment, beach activities and t-shirts.

All Inclusive Rate: (Also includes lodging and meals except Saturday dinner

  • $160—(Early Rate) For each youth and adult, on or before May 31
  • $180—(Regular Rate) For each youth and adult, as of June 1
  • SUPER EARLY-BIRD RATE (Save an additional $5 per registration through March 1, 2020)
  • DROP DATE DEADLINE: May 15, 2020. This is your last opportunity to cancel spots.  (You may add spots at any time, if available)
  • ***No refunds (full nor partial) are given after May 15, 2020*** 
  • All pricing will correlate with cut-off dates on our online registration form.

 

Conference Only Rate: (You are required to establish your own lodging and meals)

  • $75—(Early Rate) For each youth and adult, on or before May 31
  • $100—(Regular Rate) For each youth and adult, as of June 1

* We encourage you to abide by safe sanctuary guidelines when making your own room assignments.

**Each student is required to have a release form. Please bring this with you to registration. 

  • DROP DATE DEADLINE: is May 15, 2020. This is the last date to drop spots from your registration. You must contact the Beach Camp Conference Registration Manager on or before the cutoff date to drop any spots. Contact Ed Chapman at echapman@mississippi-umc.org or by Phone: 769.243.7042. If you do not get a response within 24 hours, it's likely we did not receive your email/phone call. Please make sure you have the correct information and try again.
