Dates:  Wednesday, June 3rd, 2020- Friday, June 5th, 2020

New Venue for 2020--We have moved from Jackson Convention Center to Christ United Methodist Church located at 6000 Old Canton Road, Jackson, Mississippi  39211

DescriptionExhibit booths at the Session of the Mississippi Annual Conference offer conference related agencies and organizations a place to showcase and discuss their ministries and services one-on-one with interested clergy, lay members and visitors who attend this three-day session.

Important Changes in 2020 for Exhibit Booth SalesUnfortunately, the change in venue from the Jackson Convention Center to Christ United Methodist Church has significantly reduced the available space for exhibit booths. Due to these space constraints the Annual Conference Planning Committee decided to not allow for-profit vendors/exhibitors who are selling merchandise. Consequently, this year's conference will limit exhibit booth space to non-profit ministries, schools and agencies directly related to the Mississippi Conference or the United Methodist Church. Exhibit Pricing Options

Premium Display Space in Fellowship Hall (8' wide x 6' deep) $120.  Includes: one 6' long table, draped, small trash can and 2 chairs along with a printed sign (booth display card). 

Regular Display Space in upstairs room (must be coordinated) $100

Informational Table Display Space outside of the upstairs balcony  $90. Includes one six-foot draped table and printed sign.

Early Bird ApplicationsBefore April 1, 2020 (or until sold out)

Exhibit booths which apply by April 1, 2020 can submit their electronic logos for inclusion in this year's event app which will make it easier for attendees to recognize and find your booth.  You can include a header image (640 px wide by 240 px tall) and a thumbnail image (240 px by 240 px tall) for free inclusion in the app.  All image files must comply with the above size specifications and be in either jpg or png file format.  Applications received after April 1st will have to purchase a $20 Event App Logo Fee to include any graphics with your vendor information in the event app.  If you are a repeat exhibitor from last year, check the box below and we will use your previous logo in the app unless you provide a new logo. 

Final Application Deadline: May 1, 2020 (or until sold out)

Confirmation:  We will make every effort to provide a display booth in your chosen area.  However, space is limited and requests fill quickly.  It is recommended that you reserve your display area as soon as possible. Payment in full is required to reserve your spot.

Refund Policy:  No Refunds

Staffing and Hours:  Exhibitors move in is Tuesday, June 2nd from 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.  This year's Annual Conference begins on Wednesday, June 3rd at 9:00 a.m.  and exhibits can open at 8:00 a.m. and will close on Friday, June 5th at 10:00 a.m.  All materials must be removed by 1:00 p.m.

Sales Tax:  Exhibitors should *not* be selling any materials or goods during the conference.

2.  Administry partners who will set up adjacent to the Administry Office booth upstairs.

3.  Cokesbury who will set up in a dedicated room.

Event App Logo Fee after April 1st ($20)

Additional Service Request(s)

Please list any special needs or services that you are requesting like electrical hook-up at your booth.  Due to our new location at Christ UMC, we are more limited in this regard, but we will make every effort to accomodate your request.  Additional fees for electricity will apply. If electrical support is needed, please explain what all equipment you will need to power.  We will let you know the cost once you describe your requirements below.
